No, sorry, this isn't a 'how to' for those of you want to learn how to compost - Hubby and I are still trying to figure that out ourselves! No no, I just wanted to share a funky little web page I found recently - a way of composting even the most dodgy of items, like meat scraps and fish skins, that would allow pretty much all biodegradable waste to be put on the garden. It's something I'm going to be looking at pretty carefully, at any rate.
Bokashi - even better than a wormery, apparently. I'd love to hear from you if you've had any experience with this!
